Returns and refunds

Our Flyy Girlz exhibit their own individual beauty and style. We here at Fab N' Flyy understand that sometimes things happen and we are here to help!  Below we have layed out our policy for returns and refunds to quickly and conveniently assist our Girlz! 

At this time store credit is not issued for returned merchandise. This may change in the future so be on the look out if this is an option that better suits you!

Purchases may be eligible for exchange or a full refund minus shipping/handling within 7 days of the purchase date.  Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders must be reported to fabnflyy@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Customers will be responsible for shipping cost on all returned items.

Sale/Clearance items and accessories are NOT refundable.

Lingerie, swimwear and undergarments ARE FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return/refund. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached. Items must also be free of stains, and any odor or fragrances.

Returns must include packaging slip indicating which item or items are being returned.

Any items returned to us in a damaged condition WILL NOT be exchanged or refunded.

We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost/stolen in transit. Keep proof of postage and return tracking number when shipping back returns. 

Returns/refunds may take 5-7 days to process. Please be patient and know that we are trying to handle each request in a timely manner.
